You can either submit an enquiry using our private services form or book a free 30‑minute pre‑assessment call using the buttons above. The 30‑minute call is for individuals considering a privately funded assessment and is intended to help us confirm that we’re able to provide the most appropriate assessment for you, your child, or your family member. The call doesn’t cover NHS Right to Choose (RTC) enquiries.

Post the pre-assessment call, we will send you an invoice. Once settled, we will send out our pre-assessment questionnaires. For children, this will include a school-based questionnaire or home education questionnaire. At this point, we will also request a GP medical summary from your GP or your NHS app.

When the pre-assessment questionnaires and GP summary have been returned, these will be revised by our clinical team.

Following our clinical review, we’ll reach out to you to arrange assessments. ADHD assessment: 1 assessment slot approximately 2 ½ – 3 hours. Autism assessment: 2 sessions, ADOS/observation assessment approximately 1 hour, and ADI-r assessment up to 2.5 hours.

Post-assessment, the clinical team meets for a multi-disciplinary team discussion, following which you will be called (phone or via video call) with the outcome of your/your child’s/family member’s assessment.

After the outcome, you will receive the diagnostic report and any onward recommendations.
