Post enquiry, a member of our clinical team will arrange a pre-assessment call to ensure that we are able to deliver the right assessment for you/your child/family member.

Post the pre-assessment call, we will send you an invoice. Once settled, we will send out our pre-assessment questionnaires. For children, this will include a school-based questionnaire or home education questionnaire. At this point, we will also request a GP medical summary from your GP or your NHS app.

When the pre-assessment questionnaires and GP summary have been returned, these will be revised by our clinical team.

Following our clinical review, we’ll reach out to you to arrange assessments. ADHD 1 assessment slot approximately 2 ½ – 3 hours. Autism assessment 2 sessions, ADOS/observation assessment approximately 90 mins, and ADI-R assessment 2 ½ – 3 hours.

Post assessment, the clinical team meets for a multi-disciplinary team discussion, following which you will be called (phone or via video call) with the outcome of your/your child’s/family member’s assessment.

After the outcome you will receive the diagnostic report and any onward recommendations.
