You can either submit an enquiry using our private services form or book a free 30‑minute pre‑assessment video call using the buttons above. The 30‑minute call is for individuals considering a privately funded assessment and is intended to help us confirm that we’re able to provide the most appropriate assessment for you, your child, or your family member. The call doesn’t cover NHS Right to Choose (RTC) enquiries.
Post the pre-assessment call, we will send you an invoice. Once settled, we will send out our pre-assessment questionnaires. For children, this will include a school-based questionnaire or home education questionnaire. At this point, we will also request a GP medical summary from your GP or your NHS app.
When the pre-assessment questionnaires and GP summary have been returned, these will be revised by our clinical team.
Following our clinical review, we’ll reach out to you to arrange assessments. ADHD assessment: 1 assessment slot approximately 2 ½ – 3 hours. Autism assessment: 2 sessions, ADOS/observation assessment approximately 1 hour, and ADI-r assessment up to 2.5 hours.

What to expect from your private ADHD assessment
Our private ADHD assessments for adults provide a clear, supportive pathway from initial enquiry through to diagnosis and recommendations.
Step 1
Enquiry
Once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you to begin your private ADHD assessment process.
We’ll gather background information, confirm the appropriate assessment pathway, and issue your invoice. After payment is received, you will be sent questionnaires to complete. Where possible, we may also request input from someone who knew you in childhood to support developmental history.
Step 2

Assessments
We will book your assessment appointment once your questionnaires have been reviewed.
A clinician will complete a structured ADHD assessment exploring attention, organisation, impulsivity, and day-to-day functioning. We will review questionnaire responses and developmental history to understand how ADHD traits have presented over time. Following the assessment, clinicians review all information and present your case at a multidisciplinary team meeting.
Step 3
Diagnosis
Our multidisciplinary team will review all information to make a clinical decision.
Your clinician will contact you to discuss the outcome, answer any questions, and explain recommendations. You will also receive a full written report detailing your diagnosis and personalised support recommendations.
How Our Assessments Are Delivered
At KT Healthcare, the majority of our assessments are delivered online, allowing for flexibility and accessibility whilst maintaining high clinical standards.
Online appointments require a suitable device. You must use a laptop or tablet with camera – mobile phones are not suitable.
We also offer face-to-face appointments on request, which take place at our clinic locations in Chichester or Oxfordshire.

No, self-referral is not available. You will need to speak with your GP, who can make a referral to our service if appropriate. Alternatively, you can access our services privately without a GP referral.
Not at present. ADHD assessments are currently available through our private, self-funded service only. We are actively developing our ADHD Right to Choose pathway and plan to launch this service later in 2026.
Most assessments are delivered online for flexibility, with face-to-face appointments available on request in Chichester or Oxfordshire. For children aged 5–7, in-person appointments are required to ensure an accurate assessment. Online appointments require access to a suitable device, such as a laptop or tablet with a camera - mobile phones are not suitable.
An 'informant' is someone who knows you well and who can be part of your autism assessment. Ideally this is a parent/guardian who knew you age 4-5. If this is not possible for you, an 'informant' can be a partner or friend who knows you well.
Yes. Our clinicians are specially trained to recognise how autism can present differently, including the impact of masking, and take this into account throughout the assessment process.
